This ultra-compact LGA module, 8 x 8 x 1 mm, is based on the ultra-low power nRF54LM20 chip that offers a multi-protocol radio, advanced security features, and high capacity non-volatile storage and RAM. There are two variants of this module, based on two different versions of the chip. The A version is the standard module, and the B versions adds an Axon Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that offers up to 15x acceleration for AI processing tasks.

Module Description

With its powerful Cortex-M33 processor, expanded memory and new set of peripherals, combined with Insight SiP capability for best-in-class antenna design, this module provides the perfect solution for drop-in Bluetooth connectivity.

Insight SIP also offers the ISP2454 Bluetooth Low Energy 6.0 Module, which has the same next generation radio and processor, but in a more streamlined single core implementation, for less demanding applications
